And a shape besides round at that! I have taken an interest in getting in shape again. I am attempting to get up every morning at 5:45 and going walking(one day running) I am also trying to make a more conscious effort in my food choices. I’m really liking the 100 calorie snack packs. I don’t want to call this a diet, because I have had bad experiences with diets. I want to call this an honest effort. We have made tenative plans with some good friends of ours to go to Fall Creek Falls and do a walk,hike thingy. So that’s my immediate motivation to get in shape. I am also taking a management position in Cool Springs. People are a whole different breed in that part of town. I have to get in shape to fit in out there.. Then there’s Florida in June.. I am also bribing myself. This week, I bought new running shoes, next week, my ipod will arrive. Hey, whatever works. It takes 28 days to make something a habit. Only 24 more days to go…
