Okay, I still want to lose weight and get in shape. But getting up at the crack of dawn (especially after the time change) was asking a lot. My neighbor joined Weight Watchers. She told me about it and I decided to join as well. I’m really excited. I feel like I have a lot more control over what I eat. Plus, I have enough variety that I don’t feel trapped. I’m at Day 2’s end and I’m still going strong. We shall see. The meetings are actually better than I thought they would be. I felt like I got a lot of support there. These are real people that are having the same cravings and issues that I’m going through. Tip for today, the 100 calorie Grasshoppers are awesome.
