May 16th, The Today Show!!! New Kids on the Block are back and they are making a new album. It’s been 15 years, and yet I know more of their songs than I care to admit , even today.

I had the watches, the shirts, comforters, sleeping bags, barbie dolls, coloring books… You name it, I probably had it. I wonder if their new merchandise will cater too the same fans that have all grown up.  Instead of being on a lunchbox, maybe they could be on the front of Lean Cuisines.

I hope they have a good time. I look forward to keeping up with them and see what they come up with this time around.  Step by Step, I’m sure they will Hang Tough, if they have the Right Stuff, Tonight. )

Fruit Magic (Like a Cobbler)

1 can pie filling (we like apple)
1 box Jiffy cake mix (9oz) (or 1/2 a box of yellow cake mix works too)
1 stick butter (I use 3/4 stick)
Nuts, chopped(optional)

Preheat  Oven to 350º. Grease a 9 inch pan (or similar). Pie filling on bottom, sprinkle dry cake mix on top. Cut butter into thin pieces and put on top of cake mix, add nuts. Bake 55 to 60 minutes. Cool, filling will be hot.
