It was a great read. It had a nice twist that I didn't see coming. (I hate that I usually see what's behind door #2 before it's opened.) Anyway, if you've read it I can divulge more of my thoughts. If you haven't I suggest you read it.My main complaint is that he spends a good amount of time letting you really get to know the characters in the beginning of the book. Then the last 100 or so pages, it was like he was just trying to tie the loose ends up so he'd be done with the book. I would have liked it better if he would have written a little more instead of just finishing it so quickly. I'm sure that this quick summary makes no sense. :)

I haven’t read this book but I recently read The Guardian also by Nicholas Sparks.
