Yesterday, I decided that I would like to have cloth napkins with napkin rings for Thanksgiving. Beings that it’s a week from Thanksgiving, this was a bit of a dilemma. You see, everyone’s had their Christmas stuff out for weeks. I went to Walmart, Dollar General, Goodwill and checked out Amazon with no luck. I came home and searched pinterest but didn’t find anything I liked. Then it hit me. I figured out a very cheap way to make them with things I already had. Here’s how:

- Things you’ll need: a toilet paper roll, jute, scissors, hot glue gun

- Dig a toilet paper roll out of the trash =)

- Cut it into three sections. I used the glue strips as guides.

- Wrap the Jute around the roll until you cover it completely. Use hot glue to secure your ends

- The finished product. Not bad, huh?
Tip: You can get jute for $1 at Dollar General. It’s a good thing to have around.
